depending on the age ,tell them about acceptable behaviour from parents,siblings,relatives ,friends,acquaintances and masses in general.Teach them to firmly and tactfully resist the unacceptable behaviour;if too young teach them to immediately call for help or report to you(presuming you will never do the unacceptable).Put the person indulging in improper behaviour in place immediately and break off any relation whatsoever with him/her.If needed seek help of police.
