How to install a printer in network group?

Just install the Printer on any computer present on the network as you install on a Desktop.

Once installed right click and select sharing. Remove the For all share.

Create a Group on the Domain controller and share the printer for that group.

So when ever you want to give access to a user just add that user to the Printer gorup u have created.
