Just wondered how many people enjoyed this show as much as me and my husband. We make sure we watch it every Sunday or we have it recorded. Is it normal to enjoy a show that much? Do yall enjoy the show or watch it?

Hell yeah!
I'm a Brit, and I got turned onto the show when a pal of mine in the States sent some tapes over. Now it's available on cable over here, and we often watch it when we can. It's one of those programmes you have to prepare for though - cos the reasons behind the makeover are guaranteed to get my wife bawling and me at least sniffing. And the reactions at the end...oh man...:o)

Paul deMeo - King of the Heartstrings. Preston, wow is he cool with kids or what? Ed...laughed my face off when the Britfool poured aftershave on a blistered foot and it swelled right up. Really likeable guy but man that was dumb :o) And then of course, you have Ty, who surely by now should have had that bullhorn shoved sideways somewhere at least a couple of times, but you have to love his energy...

Right...Fine...so I'm gonna go hunt out some tapes now! Thanks! :oD

Over here in the Netherlands it's on every work-day in the evening....I love it. (mind you, we're way behind on the American TV-stations, so I hope to enjoy it for a long time to come yet)
Yesterday they showed the first part of an episode about Cassandra Okvaht, the girl who had cancer, is on her way to recovery, and who asked the team to brighten up the children's cancer-ward at the hospital she was in, she thought other kids would get well quicker if they didn't have to stare at boring white walls.
The team grants her her wish, and unknown to her and her family, they also do a makeover on their house....part 2 will be on tonight, can't wait to see the girls face!

they're relatively donated. We've volunteered and spoken to the groups and requested the identical questions and we have been proficient. There isn't any new loan. and all merchandise are donated. all that happenes moneywise for the recipient is that except anybody else will pay their historic loan, they nonetheless owe at the historic one. so if that they had 100k left earlier than the brand new residence it doesn't matter what its valued at (so much have been guessed to be valued at 450+) they nonetheless simplest have the 100k. And so long as they do not take out a brand new loan like one of the vital households have, they in no way need to fear approximately wasting the residence. I feel it is lovely distinctive and I understand we had plenty of a laugh volunteering!
