The first thing I did was to get into a new relationship that was worse than my marriage. I am happy now, it took 5 years to figure out who I was and what I want. It was a whole different world than it was 20 years earlier! If my ex could see this I would want him to know that I learned that money is not everything, and that I dont need him which is what he thinks. I am broke, but happy!

After my first adult break up happened, I first cried for like three days. He had cheated and decided that he wanted to be with the other woman who was my best friend. Therefore I was pregnant, no husband, and no best friend and estranged from my family. After that I called my momma and told her what happened, I moved in with her and a couple months later had the baby, and started dating someone new. Since the divorce took some time I made sure that when into the courtroom for it to be final I looked great. 5 months after having the baby I went into the courtroom 2 sizes smaller than when he married me. I made sure I wore something super sexy that fit me in all the right spots. Waiting in the hall was my daughter and my boyfriend, who after it was final got down on his knee in the courthouse and asked me to marry him. My ex was furious and I doubt that I have ever seen a true shade of red since, LOL. I'll tell you that I have been married for almost 7 years now. My new husband has adopted my daughter, and we are now expecting a baby (our first together) in about 4 months!
I ran into my ex last September, and I just laughed to hear that he was getting out of his fourth marriage (I was number 2). I told him how wonderful my life was and actually thanked him for being a fyouck up.

I got a cute duplex.Sold my Escalade 2003. Paid cash for a new Rav 4 and paid ins. up for 1 year Learned that being alone is sometimes fun, sometimes scary. My goal is to go to college. Yes I am happier now. I would like for my ex to see that I can make it on my own. Plus the weight loss is great. My ex would bring home sweets when I asked him not to knowing that's my weakness. I have no junk food in my house-just need to work out .lol

after many tears, i decided to end the marriage and move on. i moved away from the area, and found an ex boyfriend i had not seen in over 30 years, we got back together and we now are happy. finally feel i got what i needed in life. i still think of the past occasionally, but it is not as bad as it use to be because i found a new life. if i could talk to my ex today i would want the ex to know i am doing well in spite of his plans for my life that i survived what he did, and made it, in spite of the things he did to me.

After my DIVORCE I went as soon as the judge hit the gavel, I went to the clerk of court and got my name changed back to my maiden name, went on a shopping spree, change the mattresses on my bed got some ice cream turned my T.V on, got in the middle of my king size bed alone and I was so at peace until I gain 30 pounds so fast.I had to snap out of my happiness, before I become a balloon. Heck yes I'm happy. I've lost the weight, have a man that spoils me, peopled tells me I look 10 years younger than my age. I had 20 year oles saying to me'' I hope I look this good when I get your age''. What I want him to see is my back, because I wouldn't want to see his face. Oh and my home , He have to see my home. He tried to destroy everything I owned. He did a good job too. When I got rid of him, my home looked as if it was a war zone. All my nice things was broken, holes in the wall ect... Now it look like something out of a magazine.

I felt so free!
I was a bit flirtacious and a bit wild at first, but afterward, I settled down a bit.
After a while, you might find that your tastes in what you want has changed from before.
You might find that you are much smarter about what to look for and what you want from a relationship.
I met the man of my dreams and we are still on our honeymoon 5 years after marriage.
I really see how stupid I was before about choosing my first husband.
DOLT!

First: let out a whoop of joy that sounded like I had won the lottery
.
Second: leapt into my new honey's arms.
Last: gave up my job, apartment, and all of my belongings to travel with my new man.
Yes I am insanely happy now!
If my ex-husband could see this I'd want him to know that No! I am not frigid... he just didn't know what he was doing!
