I dont understand your question I guess. But I assume VIPs are the government?
The US government is not a socialisti government designed to take car of you. This is a government , by the people and for the people. We take care of ourselves, the government takes on responsibility of national security, disasters ect, with public assistant when its needed for short periods. Its been abused with all the illegals flooding in here and we may not have that for long.
But you the person has to take care of yourself.

Coz they havnt became VIPS to take care of U, instead they care

They have right to test the efficiency or knowledge of their followers or people. They are giving their advise along with empower your ability. In schools teachers / lecturers are asking questions, you won't give answer. If it is wrong they will correct it. Same method follows here.

You get a chance to tell them your opinions and they also get to know what people think about them. What's the problem?. You have to appreciate their boldness to interact with the public.
