If your not used to walking in heels, try a wedge heel, much easier, also try boots as they'll offer more support and can look very cool. 6ft is ok, I know plenty of women that height now who wear heels. The trick is not to stoop! Stand tall and be proud, that way you'll feel and look more confident. I too am not sure about the pink and black combo...Have you thought about a skirt with a softer colour to tone with the pink?
The handbag should match the boots or shoes, but only in colour, doesn't have to be exact. If your wearing stockings for the first time try and get a suspender belt that has more than two fasteners on each side, you've got long legs and there is nothing more uncomfortable than feeling your stockings slipping down whilst you're trying to look suave and sofisticated!
Wigs can be tricky, you don't say what your hair is like, if its very short then go for an above the shoulder one, as close to your own colour as you can, then any stray hairs won't be noticeable, and it'll match your skin tone.
Make up....mmmmmm....practise, practise and practise again. Concentrate on evening out your skin tone, Benefit do some really good stuff, easy to apply and long lasting. A lip gloss rather than lipstick, and definitely no lip liner! Soft eyeshadow, a little mascara, but dont go for the full on eyeliner etc look or you'll look clownish.
Have a great night, and come back and let us know how it went...please

Not all too sure about the way you describe your outfit, as a woman it sounds a bit tarty to me. Maybe that's the effect you want but be careful you don't end up just looking like a parody.
Most successful cross dressers I've known have gone for a very understated ladylike outfit, generally earth tones, or rich deep rones, nothing startling like black and pink together. That kind of mixture looks great for someone doing a drag act. Again, it depends on the look you want.
As for shoes, heels are a bugger to learn to walk in, better to start with flats or a pretty kitten heel. Again very high shoes can look tarty. In general, one sexy item is generally enough, too much is cheap.
With make up, keep the colours subtle, choose eye colours that enhance your eyes.
Handbag should always match shoes, big bags are very fashionable right now, useful to keep a half brick in then you just swing your bag at anyone who threatens you (an old trick my grandma told me)
Skirt suit is work wear usually but depends on the suit and how confidently you can carry it off.
When you go out, walk with your head held high, keep a picture in your mind of how great you look. That attitude will rub off on people who see you. Good luck.

The outfit sounds great!
Go for kitten heels or flats both look great and are comfy and you don't need the extra height (black shoes).
Keep your make-up simple, use a tinted moisturiser it's great if you're not used to foundations (foundation can look bad if applied wrong!). Apply pressed powder where necessary (just on your shiny bits etc...) and a bit of blusher if needed. Neutral eye-shadow on your eye-lid, mascara and eye-liner (black or brown/black), light pink lip gloss.
Maybe a piece of jewellery to complement the pink shirt, earrings, necklace or bracelet but just choose one, not all 3!
Keep hair natural, definitely no wig!
Maybe a bag if needed.
You want to look nice but you also need to be comfy so you can relax and enjoy! x

if your 6ft i would go with flats look on http://shoetailorcom.drct2u.com/home.jsp ....they have some great shoes in large sizes and styles.any handbag that matches the shoes should be ok. this company is also linked to other which provide good range of clothes in long and big sizes

try to save up for a good wig that doesn't look too false or try to grow your own and keep your make-up simple... go for lessons. most beauty salons and college offer these for a reasonable charge. good quality make-up should help boots is great... the assistance will help with colour choices

you outfit sounds ok but make sure the pink blouse is not OTT, keep to natural colours if possible

good luck hope it all works out

Its cute i guess,

if you are unsure about high heels you can find cute shoes with heels

that are about an inch or two its not bad!

yes skirts are cute!

as for the make up, go for the light pink blush and pink lips (glossy is nice)

for the eyes have mascara and eyeliner (that's always elegant and in)

for the hair, i believe a wig will over due! your natural hair is probably nice! style it in a suitable way!

For the handbag, something that goes will with your shoes and the theme of your clothes! if your shoes are black then a nice black purse is good! if its pink then a pink purse is cute!

good luck

definately low heels if you are not used to walking in them and it depends where you are going. If you are going out clubbing please dont wear a skirt suit.
A hand bag is very femine - definatly take a hand bag, long hair wig and use make up to focus on your eyes.
