Hi, you are entitled to a free upgrade to windows vista if you purchased your laptop after 27 October 2006 up until 15 March 2007,as Microsoft promised a free upgrade to anyone who purchased a laptop between these dates go to www.thetechguys.com click on where it says the windows vista centre and follow the instructions, you will need your receipt handy and you have to pay postage costs approx.£10.00 (Well worth it) You have to wait 4-6 weeks for the dvd.You don't need an upgrade validation number as they ask for the serial number of your XP software and you have to send a copy of your receipt either by e-mail or post.I have done all this and have had no problems.Hope this helps xx

I somewhat have seen some computers on sale which promote "abode windows Vista waiting, loose improve." so a ways as i be attentive to, there is not any loose improve for anybody else. How do you think of bill Gates and company make funds?

Go up to Bill Gate's front door and ask him for a copy. I am sure he will tell you, "Sure, here is a copy."
