Is mind control better than physical control?

If mind control, it's controlling the MIND to do something PHISICAL. Because if you control the mind, it won't just make the person being controlled think of something, but actually DO something, which is phicical. So I say Mind control is better. Phisical control can't control the mind, ut mind control CAN control the mind and the phisical activities.
