Looks like all the copies out there are pretty expensive!

Searching on the TITLE ONLY, I found six copies through bookfinder.com, ranging from $59 to over $300. But, there are reprints available "Interpreted by H. L. Gates," mostly in the UK, with prices in the $30's & $40's.

Also, it was reprinted in another book which is available online only for $45.75:
