I have a 81 MC with a 200 c trans that I would like to add a 350 trans to,what will I need besides the trans?

Any particular reason? The 350 won't have a lockup converter. But in order to change, you need a converter, fill tube and dipstick, the proper gear in the speedo drive, and I don't recall if you need a different length driveshaft or have to move the crossmember.
