I am 20 weeks pregnant and have recently felt a hungry feeling in my tummy...its not a grumble but a wierd hungry feeling. This feeling has become more regular and often occurs after i have eaten a big meal- no way i could still be hungry.

Could this be my baby moving?

Yes, it can be your baby moving. I'm 19 weeks and feeling the same thing and it drives me crazy! haha.

Congrats and good luck :)

Hi Faye, It as been along time since i was pregnant.Alot of women think they are eating for 2,and they have this planet in their head, and don't realize it is fault hunger. When your baby moves you will know he or she is. My first daughter before she was born, kicked me sooo hard you could see her little foot press on my tummy. It was a great expedience I hope you are lucky enough, and get to expedience like i did. Congrats. Have a health, and happy baby.. A Friend.

yes you could still be "hungry" that little baby uses allot of your nutrition. the kicking and moving is something you will definitely know is going on. try having several small meals throughout the day. if you still feel like a little something , fruit, yogurt with granola or even better for you, grape nuts cereal. lite foods. what ever you do. cake, candy, ice cream. do it in moderation. if you deprive yourself, you end eating it anyway after eating allot of other things. enjoy this time.

If its a hungry feeling, I don't think so, later in your pregnancy when you baby really kicks and moves you WILL know. YOU will even see it on the outside of your tummy.

Of course it could. You have quite a large baby in there by now, and this is about the time you start to feel movements.
