Good question - It was recorded by a great guy named Randy Vanwarmer from the U.S. Randy died acouple of years ago at a young age leaving a wife and children and I am happy to say that a friend of mine played the Irish harp on his recording. Glad that people are still listening to his music.

The song, Just When I Needed You, Most, was, - as you have, probably, been TOLD, - originally, sung by RANDY VANWARMER. It was HE, - NOT Dolly Parton, - who WROTE it! However, you HAVE been told, correctly that it HAS been covered, by DOLLY PARTON, who was JOINED, on HER version, by bluegrass queen, ALISON KRAUSS

"you say it best....when you say nothing at all."
