I want to add all my music on just 1 dvd+r cd so i can play it in my car... Is it possible and if so which program should I use.

DVDs cannot be played on cd player.
by cd-player do you mean DVD player?
but yes, if you have DVD player in your car, you can burn DVD+R as MP3 DVD and play. this is possible only if car player supports mp3 layback.

Your car stereo has to be able to use DVD disks, but if it can, then you just burn them as a normal music disk onto the DVD+R disc. You need a DVD+R cd that isn't already used, software to burn it and a DVD+-RW(rewriter)

No, not if your car is only cd/mp3. It just won't read it.
