No, don't use either. It will look horrible! Just re-grout it, it's not hard, and very inexpensive. Make sure to seal it when you're done patching or re-doing the whole thing. Okay, if you're just doing the edge the first guy is right, I wasn't sure if you mean't the whole thing or not.

Remove the grout and if the tiles are still adhering to the floor, re-grout the tiles. If the tiles are loose, clean the adhesive from them and from the base flooring and re-stick them. Grouting and/or replacing tiles is not a difficult task. There's a video series on the net called "Tile made easy" www.tilemadeasy.com by Randy Davis. There are other considerations like is the subfloor firm and sound. If the subfloor bounces when you walk on it, the grout will crumble again, and/or the tiles will come loose. Do a little research and, if needed, start over using a proper subfloor to underlay the tiles. Also, when re-grouting, make sure you mix the grout properly and keep it humid and allow the proper curing time so it sets up to full strength. I looked at one of the other answers about caulking. Caulking is not a fix for tile repair. Make sure the subfloor is sound, re-stick the tiles and regrout properly.

If this is just a minor problem with tthe grout on the edge of the tile floor, you can get sanded caulk in many different colors. The sanded caulk will closely resemble the texture of the grout and will look almost the same if you get the color close. If this is a major problem throughout the floor, the you will need to regrout the entire floor. So you need either; sanded caulk the color of your grout. Or all new grout in the color of your choice and the time to remove the existing grout.

Yes, you can get colored silicone caulking, or you can mix your own. Talk to someone at a hardware store.
