To appreciate the beauty & endure the ugliness of life. There are things in life that are ugly, painful, difficult, unpleasant. But the beautiful things: love, nature, art, music etc make it worth living. They are what keeps me going. I tolerate the unpleasant (like being at work) & look forward to the joyful moments (like going home to bed in an hour & snuggling with my sweetheart...)

In solitude we can hear the voices which are not usually heard. We can understand the things which are difficult to explain. In silence there is peace, understanding, love, and appreciation of life. Simply my philosophy in life is to have a quiet moments amidst the stresses and pressures of the world. Because in silence we acknowledge God, our weakness, a chance for renewal, for thinking others to help them with their lives, and above all to find love.

My philosophy is not to bother too much about anything. Often people quarrel and argue about God and it's existence. I neither believe in him nor not believe in him. I take it something that is beyond my capacity. It's like you are a poor person and imaging yourself to be in palace.

I like to be happy and always try to find ways to be that way. Sadness is part and parcel of life. Take it as it comes. You don't need to lose the whole parcel of life just because it has some sadness in between.

I like my religion and culture. While the religion is centered around the God, I like my religion from a cultural perspective. If it involves worshipping God, I do it as part of culture. I follow all good things in the culture and discard the bad ones as I strongly believe that the cultures have to change according to the age. I follow culture because they were followed by my ancestors. I see it as a sacrosanct and precious gift passed onto me by my ancestors. I derive pleasure in enjoying it because I knew it was done in the same way thousands of years back.
