its going to be summer time and i have already started missing those lovely days when i use to recive post-cards and mails from my friends who live far away. now u see its lonly emails and chattings...
do u miss them? or u still recive them?

i really miss those snail mails... the sense of anticipation, the urgency with which we open the mails, the joy of reading the mails over and over again, and taking them wherever you want ...so many things we could do with those, the smell of paper too...

I still drop a card or two a year to my email buddies and they do with me as well. I keep my list on a calendar.
We also send an occasional email "post card" or "funny" and forward info or happenings to each other to keep it more than just about the usual chatting. We 'look out' for each other.

Oh yes I miss them, I still recieve some from a few friends who lives in the province but mostly the only mail i recieve now are credit card notices! ;P

No not really. I tend to dread the postman turning up because it means someone is writing to me to ask for money. Like the bank or my last mobile phone company! At least with e-mail, I know it's only going to be good news and from people I like to hear from!

Yes I do miss them. Some of them are very special. I have a drawer that I put notes from my father ( who is deceased). . .nice notes that people have sent me with personal messages. When I am feeling lonely I get them out and read them once in a while and makes me feel better.

Bills and a ton of junk mail a month.
Edit: I try to keep up with the bills but I'm replacing my carpet with the junk mail.
