I have conducted an evaluation for the furniture tender by using two approaches, which are:

1.Price evaluation of the brands of the same products
2.Technical evaluation of the specifications offered by each brand *against the desired quality*.

Since your evaluation was conducted using two approaches, I think that's right, if your intention is to determine or fix the value of a brand of one product.

But your 'evaluation' is of ***brands of the same products*** or do you mean "of different brands of the same products"?

evaluation:
1 : to determine or fix the value of
2 : to determine the significance, worth, or condition of usually by careful appraisal and study

"against desired quality" (if you have the specifications, this sounds correct)

I think that you might use the word "comparison" instead of "evaluation" in both sentences.

1. Price "comparison" of various brands of the same products.

2. Technical "comparison" of the specifications offered by each brand *against desired quality*.

Comparison:
1 : the act or process of comparing : as
a : the representing of one thing as similar to or like another
b : an examination of two or more items to establish similarities and dissimilarities

You conducted an evaluation for the furniture tender by using a comparison of the two approaches.

The comparison of the prices and technical specifications will produce the desired evaluation for your report.

I think you are right, but you may wish to contemplate "compared to the desired quality"
