My Book says Only Force, but I can't see why it can't provide support for Moment as well...

A roller does not provide moment because it is not anchored, if it was it would be a hinge.

tell me is roller in motion or rest

in both cases ans is

it will just provide normal force

cuz momentum is in direction of velocity vector which is parllel to body

moment of its force would be zero as it passes through center of mass hence we can say that it does not provide moment
