When I was in Kindergarten I had a crush on this girl but didn't think it was possible for two girls to be together. Then when I was 12 or so Ellen came out and I realized it was possible so then I declared I was a lesbian too.

I knew that I liked the same-sex as young as 12 years old but I didn't like the use of the world gay then because it sounded so awful.

I kind of always knew, but it really hit home as a freshman in high school while I was participating in a wrestling match. After much efffort and struggle to finally pin my opponent, when I finally did after many minutes of struggling I climaxed.

I always knew when I was younger (grade school) that I was attracted to guys & girls were my "best friends". When I asked Mom if GOD made a mistake, she said He made me the way he wanted me.... even the platypus and penquins are here with their differences from other animals.
My very first boyfriend was Steve in KS. His dad was a Major & my dad was a staff sargent... it was the summer before our Senior Year.
To make everyone else "happy" I did date girls in High School & College "just to make sure!" (sorry girls... "strictly dickly" here)

For me it was when I realized that I'd rather be kissing girl's than boy's. I think I was about 9. But I didn't come out as a lesbian til I was in college.

It was a dream that started me thinking. I dreamed that a same-sex classmate kissed me, and it was the most pleasurable, wonderful feeling I had ever had (yeah, in the dream). It started my awareness. Eleven years later, I definitely know I am gay. So that dream was in fact meaningful.

When I was 7, my best friend (who was 10) got her first bra and was so proud she showed it off to everyone. I just KNEW from my reaction that I was different somehow. It took me another few years to figure out what that difference was, but I've always been gay. Strickly chickly. Never dickly. LOL

I was about 7 years old, I saw this man on a motorcycle and something about him just made me melt. I always knew though, it just was always there. I told my parents when I was 12 I liked boys, they weren't thrilled but they never made me feel bad or wrong.
