Yes because your body may have begun producing eggs inside, you could be unlucky and have unprotected sex at the time one of those eggs would be fertalised. Instead of then in 14 days time your first period comming on you would know nothing different until you started experiencing pregnancy symptoms some months later. Yes, there was a 12 year old girl in UK who hadnt started her periods. She complained to her Mum about terrible stomach cramps and went to the bathroom. Her Mum thought it must be her first period. The daughter gave birth much to everyones surprise in the toilet, the baby was ok though. The daughter was obviously at that crucial point due to commence her first period when she got pregnant, obviously by someone she had been with. Her Mum suddenly became a very young grandmother at the age of 26 I believe. She had also got pregnant very young.

No way should you even be thinking about having sex at that age. Save it for marriage, you won't be sorry. Avoid worrying about unplanned pregnancies and std's altogether and just be a kid while you can, it doesn't last that long.
