You need to unlock her. She will cost an unknown amount of sheilds and can be purchased from the Upgrade Menu.

I cannot find any FAQs or any additional information on it, but that is what everyone on IGN boards are talking about.

Also see some people mentioning she is only availible if you beat the game on the hardest setting, but no one has cheats for it.

Yes is ... but you must use Cheats to get The Super Girl is the only way .... i think !
