OCZ, Kingston, Samsung, Crucial, Corsair, G. Skill, are all good brands. But for a laptop I would just get a generic because they don't benefit much with expensive ram.

Stores I would recommend is:
www.newegg.com
because they are more friendly and trustworthy to shop with online, other places you can try is:
www.ewiz.com
www.zipzoomfly.com
www.buy.com
www.amazon.com
www.provantage.com
www.tigerdirect.com

You can always compare prices with froogle.com or pricewatch.com, you can always check the stores rating of satisfaction by visiting www.resellerratings.com
