Replacing currency isn't the answer in Iraq. It's a social and religious issue that causes sectarian violence. It's a political and religious struggle between the Shias, who now have majority control of the Iraqi government, and Sunnis, who now fear major incidents of revenge because of the mass murders that occured while they were in control under Saddam. The only way socioeconomic progress will stabilize is when political governence takes hold & remains consistent. (A democracy is a new thing to Iraq who has really never had peace since before WWII. Then they had King Faissal II.) It will take at least a decade for Iraq to realize its potential, maybe longer, if outside forces won't give peace a chance.

regrettably, this technique ought to have little or perhaps no result. How do you get all the warring factions to ensue? there are distinctive splinter communities and rival tribes that each and each chief ought to view the convention as an chance to stay away and attempt to eliminate their enemies in a unmarried fell swoop. For something like your suggestion to take position, there must be believe, which at cutting-edge in Iraq does not exist. You overlook that regardless of the indisputable fact that Saddam Hussein is universally condemned as being a marginally nasty piece of work; it grow to be his techniques that prevented the non secular factions (Sunni & Shia) / quite a number of opposing communities from combating. The Coalition did not take his "iron fist" into interest at the same time as transferring in and the completed procedure has to that end on account that then been extremely farcical.

lol, the iraqi govt requires the use of dinar as of 2007 in iraq (they were using the dollar before). They need to revalue the dinar back to its normal value which is way more than the dollar!

1) Throw a nuclear bomb.
2) Don't be humane/leanient with anyone when suspected of terror, video them tortured and killed and send the vid to the terrorists.
3) exile everyone into a small island, conduct a through search into all homes/houses/buildsing/undergirund faacility/basically everwhere for arms and bombs and then (after the search is done) slowly, 1 by 1, allow them(the people) into iraq after interagation.
4) disallow arms, even knives and sharp/pointed items to be carried about. if found to have 1, the person must be interigoated and will face charges.

I suspect the people of Iraq would be offended by that. If we imposed dollar currency on them, it would be as bad as flying our flag over their government buildings.

Can't see how that would make the slightest difference. Creating three indipendant States in the one country is the only way I think will work and even then they would still be fighting over the borders.
