My first time was the last time. I have decided to live my life alone or at least that is the way it turned out. People make way too much out of sex. Twenty years of celibacy has taught me that being conservative sexually isn't all bad. It does enhance your ability to generate fantasies. It is something other people get to have and not me, or at least not right now or in the near future. I always hoped that someday I would be good enough to try again but if you knew me you would understand, I am not good enough. There for I will be worked really hard and punished with exercise. Now you know why I never try. Please foregive me if I made you sad.

first time on a treadmill was definitely the worst time - I fell off, a total wipe out!

yes. It was so painful, I was scared, didn't know what to expect & the labour pains lasted for so long - at last I could hold my new born
