Anytime as long as both of u wants it and u can afford. Having kids nowadays ain't cheap, so are u both prepared for it? If yes, then go ahead...and to have a 2nd child, make sure there is a gap like 2 yrs...that's a tip i got from my mom...better for the kids too.

Depends on both of you. Nobody can tell you how long. Some is as fast as 1 year while some is about 5 years

This is totally up to you as a couple... If you can pheasibly afford a baby and are abe to love and raise one there it not set time table to me. Whenever you both feel you are ready for a family is fine.
