it's grammatically correct, but it would be better if it wasn't in the passive voice ("are expected"). Who expects them to keep the info confidential. Also, who specifically are the people keeping the info secret?
Consider "(Blank) expects (these people...but be specific) to keep the information confidential."
Ex: The federal government expects its elected leaders to keep certain information secret.

i'm not particular about the sentence out of context regardless of the indisputable fact that the verb 'create' has been conjugated incorrectly. it really is the he/she/it style and hence should be 'creates'. The sentence ought to then examine: ...soreness creates demons...
