you are to prove your identity and a good doctor to suggest whether you are suitable for going an abortion, is enough for going to an abortion.

Not sure where your from, but in Canada you indeed do need ID, be a certain age and have a health card. Also, I would say that you also NEED to be prepared to have regret, sorrow, sadness, pain and you will NEED support. I am not against abortion, but it is a serious matter and should not be used to rid a pregnancy because of fear, it being the wrong time, getting in the way of a career, the father not wanting it and so many more! It seems like a simple solutio, but you NEED to know that later down the road you may regret this! So think about it and talk to someone you trust! Good luck!

go to your doctor, (this depends if your in the u.k. only as us might have diff rules and regulations) if your thinking of doing it the nhs way they will ask you why you want to and you have to convince him/her its for the right reasons, they will then refer you to the hospital who will ask the same questions but basically you need two doctors approval. though knowing how doctors are at giving out sick notes you only have to mention the word stress and you got the week off, it prob wont be to hard to get referred. there are web sites you can go onto for private clinics and find out what they would require sorry but don't know any links. whom ever this imfo is for a friend etc just make sure that they have someone to talk to and get support from, its an uneasy subject to approach and deal with.and although everyone has there own opinion which they are entitled to it does'nt mean that they are right every situation if different.

First make absolutely sure that the person in question is defiantly pregnant, that done go to someone you can trust who will help you through a difficult time, perhaps they would go through some of the relevant websites as infromation about choices is the key then go from there.

You have to fill out pages of all the normal information about your medical history. You have to give your social security number in the U.S. But I doubt you have to show your ID unless you pay by check.

Please think long and hard about your decision!!!!
I will not go biblical but the consequences of an abortion are not over when you walk out of the office.
The emotional, regadless of your veiw of abortion, are far reaching.
I have been through 2 iin my rather long life with different ladies. I know what it did to me and I saw some (I'm sure they didn't let me see it all) of what it did to them.
Regardless of what you decide........
God Bless you

first you gots to see if your insurance will cover it...some will and some wont..if it doesnt it can be pretty costly! try to go to a local planned parenthood...if your underage i dont think you would need a parents sig...but they might have changed that since my friend had gotten hers done..and that was about 6 years ago...best of luck!

Do you like abortion? Abortion is killing and is gong against gods will which is Thou shall not kill. It is cruel. If you were a baby inside your mother's tummy would you like to be brutely murdered wth the equipment they use to have an abortion. All life is precious I believe anyway!
