If he won't get the clue, then tell him it's hurting your friendship. If all else fails, just move on. It sounds harsh, but if he won't get the clue after being told several times then he maybe doesn't really see you as a friend - only as a potential mate.

One thing to add though. When you've told him no, were you firm and to the point. Do you send him mixed signals by always giving him hugs, confiding your deep secrets, or leaning on him for comfort. Sure these are things you would do with a friend, but if he's got feelings for you he could see it as signs you actually do like him or that there is the possibility.

This is an issue, it sounds like he is being obnoxious. Honestly I would have a talk with him, tell him how you feel, and how inappropriate he is being, and then if it doesn't change, just back off. It's the best you can do. I had a gay guy friend (and I am a lesbian) who would always hit on me, and be immature towards my gf, and I never spoke to him again, he moved to Cali, and I didn't even care to say goodbye. It just makes the situation uncomfortable and you grow to really not like the person. If you want to keep the friendship then talk to him and hopefully it changes, if it doesn't I would cut all ties until he can grow up and respect your relationship with your boyfriend. Good luck!

its no harm just going out for a casual date. that does not mean that you have to commit to anything. it's just a way of hanging out with a good old friend. draw a fine line and just tell the other person how u really feel. its best to tell the truth than bid around the bush.

TELL HIM YOU HAVE A BOYFRIEND NOW AND YOU DONT WANT HIM CALLING YOU ANY MORE. SAY " IM SERIOUS " AND HANG UP. IF HE CONTINUES THEN SEE WHAT THE LAW ENFORCEMENT RECOMMENDS.
