some think it's a big deal. Is it something people in the US need to be concerned about?

I am concerned about it. A company could be charging people to access you, like you are their bicth. And they charge you too.

Does that mean my stock broker needs to pay extra to get a good connection to me and I need to pay to get them?

There is a serious conflict of interest and the consumer is taking in the rear.

oh dear it sounds like everything else as soon as they know that it has become important they start messing. I am relay upset about what Microsoft have done with the Vista thing, it divides us if we not able to afford the best and latest.
