what disease? both testicles do the same thing, its like having two breasts, a matter of human design. my man had a testicle removed in his 20s, and hes still doing fine and making love to me at 75. one does just fine.

Each testicle does the exact thing as the other one. They will only reduce their sperm production, essentially. Hormones may decrease as well, but not drastically enough to require hormone replacement therapy.

There is no disease that will cause one testicle to grow. There are many that would require one to be removed.

Both testicles preform the same function, and to go on with out one or the other is just fine. You really only need one testicle to reproduce. I'm actually thinking about selling one of mine.

They are like heads. Two balls are better than one.
