I would be very happy that I'd chosen a garage that isn't afraid to employ women. Plus, I know she's be doing a terrific job because she'd be used to working 2 times as hard as the men for half the respect.

No, i'd not take my automobile another position to have it fastened. women human beings may be merely as in a position as an automobile restoration human being as adult adult males may be. I actually have really had a lady mechanic locate issues of my automobile that the male co-workers couldn't make sure out. Have a good nighttime.

I would be fine with it. I don't see anything wrong with a female doing what some would call male oriented work I really think that people should stop classifying work and careers by sex then maybe we could consider ourselves a more highly evolved species.

I'd leave it there to get fixed by her, confident the repairs would be done quickly, correctly, and at a specially reduced sale price (every woman loves a bargain!).

My Mom was a great mechanic until they started putting computer stuff in cars. When I had my 69 firebird she would tell me how to fix certain things on it. Heck I even gave her the wrenches!

Women can be good Mechanics, too. I have been ripped off and lied to by male Mechanics, I don't see what the difference is as long as your car is fixed right and the Mechanic is honest. That is what counts to me, honesty. =)

No, I would not change my mind.... It would encourage me due to the fact that she has to work harder to proof that she is equal in a men’s world. I would feel much more confidence about the repairs she made.

I'd trust her more than the others...If she is there...the men all had to have agreed to have her there...so she must be good, cuz men don't put up with any "Slacker" women in the work place! :)

not at all, I'd be more than happy. if she's working in this man dominated field that means she's really good at what she does.
