rewash COLD water inside out always. remove turn right side out. from the armpit seam to the cuff, hold and pull/stretch a little. you may also need to give the side seams, (armpit to waist) a pull. the material should have some give and return to a not "so odd" look. lay flat to dry on its own, don't forget to turn it over so the other side dries too. no more dryer.

The only ways really i can think of is while its wet try and stretch it abit, have they still got that jacket in the shop - take it back and explain that you washed it and it gone out of shape, or buy a cheap denim jacket the same colour if you can get one and get a professional to do a transplant on the arms!.

I would recommend you go to a tailor or a handy sewer and increase the sleeve length with a matching denim if they are careful and add it at the very end on the sleeve it will allow you to roll the sleeve up and it becomes some-what fashionable, and yet rugged looking. after all Levi denim was a very nice material and becomes a collectors item with the natural wear you give it.
Don't throw it away if you hate it, send it to me.

Actually i have the same problem with alot of jackets i own. I decided to take the sleeves from jackets i do not wear and extend the sleeve of my favorite jackets, just think you can add whatever color you want and make a very unique piece of clothing.

You can try stretching it while it's wet. I've never tried it with denim, but it works with wool. If that doesn't work make it into a vest. Summer's coming and it'll look hot as a vest.

Are you sure you did not put on weight....LOL?
You know that cute little younger sister of yours. Only 16? It will fit her. Or, clean, press, fold and donate it to Salvation Army.
