Nothing wrong with ejaculating in your pants, but who wants to sit or walk around for the rest of the day with a sticky mess.

That depends on if you are doing it or if it just happens without cause,
If you are masturbating in your pants there is nothing dangerous, but that is just plain nasty
If the ejaculation happens with no cause, or stimuli's, you may have a problem and need to be checked out, its not normal

It's only bad for you if the person who does your laundry complains. Ejaculating won't hurt you, and this way surely prevents pregnancy or disease.
As you get older, you will likely have more control over this happening. But don't worry about it. It can happen in your sleep as well and it's perfectly normal.

You can ejaculate wherever the public will allow you whether it be your pants, in bed, bathroom, car, etc.

It's bad to have your sperm touching your bits for any extended period of time. One of my friends went to hospital having white spots develop on his bell end doing that.
