Not only Sanjay Dutt is more equal before law, but many others. Think of the many amnesty schemes that our Government offers to money launderers and hoarders. Almost every time when PC is the FM of India, there is some scheme or the other where you can declare your black money by simply paying some of it as tax! What about the punishment for the activities by which this black money was generated?
Same is the case with this one also!
