where can i find the courage that would let me do what i really want to do?

Take a deep breath and act. If you think, you'll stop yourself. Think it all out ahead of time, and then just do it.

Courage stems from havng a value system and understanding what is important and what is not, what is right and what is wrong. Courage comes from conviction and appreciation of what you have and how you got it. Courage comes from respecting your and others' beliefs, from having and keeping tenents, vows and committments, and acknowledging that above all else, these things must be preserved.

Courage does come from within, fear is the feeling of self-doubt. I recently saw this verse and it is great it gets you thinking about fear and how it can and does hold you back. It is called
ATTITUDE
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate; our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?
Actually, who are we not to be? you are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There is nothing enlightening about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We were born to magnify the glory of God within us. It's not just in some of us, it's in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
I think whether you believe in God, you have to believe in yourself and then and only then can you achieve.

I think Courage is something that is deep down inside us which we're not aware of until we have to use it. Ususally there is danger, discomfort or fear involved. Courage is doing what is right to save others or doing something we're afraid of doing.

Only you can give yourself courage. Stop depending on others. God won't save you. If 'God' could, he would probably have saved many others who are dying right now.
