A Testament of Hope
James Washington, ed.
Harper San Francisco, 1990 (reprint edition)

This is a basic source containing all of Dr. King's speeches, and should be readily available at any university library. I've also included a link to amazon.com's listing of this text. It's available for purchase (used) for a mere $11.00.

You can get his most popular speeches at MLK Online http://www.mlkonline.net/ for free. Some of them you can even get the audio for them.

Good Luck!!!
