Well my partner started using this, he asked about 8 questions and he got emails saying every single one was a violation!! with no explanation!

I urge you and every other member to report unfair violations to Yahoo and ask for the reporter to be suspended because of harassment

Reply to the 'violation' email, make your point and they'll give you back your points and they'll cancel the 'violation'; I did it once, and it and it worked;)
