I know loads of these piano pieces, therefore more than just one favourite, but Chopin's Mazurka Op 6 No 3, Fantaisie-Impromptu in C# minor and Grieg's Piano Concerto come to mind the most.

The Appassionata and the Moonlight Sonata, also the Pathetique Sonata. By Beethoven. Bach's Prelude in C Major is great also, it can played on a piano too.
