Friends kid each other all the time but many people flirt by teasing and making fun of the other person.

That's completly up to you. Remember even if she is making fun of you, that could mean you have a chance or she regards you as a friend. Notice I said you have a chance first. That's because she my not even no you like her in a other than just friends kind of way. I think you should ask her out. If this is not an option try finding things that the two of you can do to gether or perhaps with an other couple. Just to get together go bowlling play pool. Just make sure you pay attention to her. Find her likes and dislikes, and be attendtive open the door. Make eye contact. When others are around make sure she get the majority of your attention. With out ignoring the oyhers you are with.
