what exactly do you define as better than sex if at all. Where did this come from? I have heard people refer to food in that manner or a thrillseeking adventure. What is your interpretation?

Since sex is supposed to be the greatest feeling humanly possible, saying something is "better than sex" is complimenting that something to the highest degree possible. We really know it isn't. It is a form if sacarsm.

Like when you have a bad outbreak of athletes foot and it is driving you crazy. When you finally get to scratch it and scratch it and scratch it. OMG it is better than sex or damn close!

I think a sober person would be hard-pressed to describe anything as being "better than sex," and really mean it. Heroin addicts say heroin is 1000 times better than sex, but I think I'll just stick to b*ning.

I think it just means you enjoyed an experience. Its just a figure of speech. Sex was probably chosen because that is something that people enjoy that almost every one can relate to.

Whats better than sex? Anything that doesnt involve commitment. Anything you can do for purely selfish reasons is better than sex.
