Switch sky off
Remove card give it a light wipe at the gold metal contact and reinsert.
Switch sky on ,if box isn't working its skybox.
check scarts are not loose.

Hey there, I had a similar problem when i turned my NTL modem off when i went away at Christmas for 2 weeks, it is seemingly the wrong thing to do as they use your account for someone else if it is idle for any amount of time.

I had to wait on an engineer to attend and install a new modem, what a pain. This was off course NTL but i would imagine it works on the same principal, assuming you have re booted the system 3 or 4 times.
