That help should come from Public.They should be aware of traffic rules.By saving fraction of second it is not wise to endanger lives of pedestrians/small vehicles.Drivers who are always in hurry should start early.Public should not encourage jumping of signals even during odd hours.That is how need of police could be eliminated,thus corruption also
