yes, Patrisha, I think there have been many nights like this for people even married couples. Anyone who tells you otherwise is probably lying or so against the odds the are to be considered the model couple of all times.
Talking to people does help but as you have noted friends are not always available. I find that writing my feelings in a journal helps me to get my emotions out, or you can write them on some loose paper and then destroy the papers when you are ready.
I go go for long walks on the beach or mountain trails (make sure you are properly equipped) they even have clubs for singles and hiking. Get out meet new people and do something you have always wanted to do, the first step is the hardest, You should have a blast but if not try something else. You will find a great hobby and meet a ton of fascinating people along the way
Best of luck to you!

I have found answering questions on Yahoo a great excercise of personal morals and values, but also its fun answering those questions that are, well, fun to answer. Like yours.
I have nothing better to do, so I love answering questions, ranging from everything from religion and politics, to hair styles and how to break up with a boyfriend.
I have only added my own experience, and sometimes, I am picked the best answer. I like answering questions because I can say what I feel, but if you need someone to talk you, maybe you could get in better touch with yourself this way. I have.

I feel it all the time. I live with my boyfriend, but he is out to sea. I live in a place I know a handful of people, not counting work people, and im always feeling like that. I usually watch movies or listen to music, but it usually depresses me. I try and do something that I find fun. Play a video game or read. Sleep is always a good option, but then again, you might think about what ever might be bothering you. Keep your head up. YOu'll hear from your friends soon.

Do you really have to rely on talking to your friends by being on the internet? Calling a friend is a lot more personal and it helps your friends understand more how your feeling by hearing your voice. Pick up the phone and call =]

if your talking about, friends. yes. or otherwise with anyone. yes i have it brought me down for the longest time, ive learned to take away from the in crowd and find my real friends, that truely care about me... and i love it, my boyfriend is along there with me supporting me as well.... and it does seem like sometimes family can't be there for you when you need them the most, i know how that feels... you need to talk to any one.... or anything.... i could be your dog, who knows.... but let your true feelings out,,, to something... just make sure you or nobody elses feelings get hurt in the proccess...:)

Talk to the Big Guy upsairs. I don't know what else. I usually feel like I'm always listening to others but no one will spend the time to be there for me.

This may sound cheesy but pray. It doesn't have to be a recited prayer or something memorized, just get out your feelings and you'll feel a lot better.

I usually try to listen to music, or even write it helps get your mind off stuff for awhile. I have days/nights like that also & that’s what seems to help me.
