Are you heavily preg? By the time I got to 38 wks I was uncomfortable everywhere all the time.
Couldn't find comfortable positions to sleep or sit in, and I just wanted the baby out.
Again nothing wrong with me or baby, just my body groaning at this great big lump.
My solution, attempt to induce labour - you name the curry, chilli con or anything else spicy and I ate it. I took very warm baths & made use of my husband, and anything else I read that could help induce birth naturally I did. Did it work? Well I went into labour on my due date, so at least I didn't go over.
Good luck anyway.

Maybe it's other muscles that can't handle the strain as well as they used to when you are doing these strenuous activities. Your doctor says you are fine, so I guess you shouldn't worry about it, just listen to the doc and rest for a while. Good luck and take it easier from now on, you're a pregnant woman whose main job is making a baby. Get someone else to do those activities or do them in little bits from now on!!!

Sounds like normal behavior for a baby that's just about ready to see the world. Do what your doctor says and you will be fine. Put on some soothing music, it will help the both of you relax.

You may simply be having some contractions that they don't want to encourage if you're not *really* far enough along for the baby to be born safely. Relax and think good thoughts and enjoy your last days of relative leisure :-)

If the doctor syas your ok, then you probably are. But you need to just relax and STAY IN BED! I know it sucks, Ive been there, but stick it out, its in your babys best interest! Good Luck!
