what i mean is that i have a baby now and he is 9month old and i have another child and he is 3yrs and i might be preg again that why i say how to tell him that i was preg again

You just tell him straight up.. Say "I have something important to tell you... I'm pregnant", if you keep it from him he'll get angry with you. Relationships are based off of trust, remember that.

I'm assuming you mean that he already has a 9 month old child? Anyhow, just tell him! If he loves you, he'll accept this happily - even if it isn't the best timing!

You haven't told him and the baby is now 9 months old?
You have hidden this far and it's now up to you. btw, it's not clear that is it his baby? or you are saying that you have a boyfriend (not the father of the baby) and you also have a 9 months old baby?

i think she means he has a 9 month old and then got her pregnant.
tell him straight up. men dont like run arounds. they like honesty. dont string it out, just cut to the chase. tell him, look... we need to talk because im pregnant with your baby and we need to figure out something.

"Hon, you're becoming a father, soon, REALLY SOON!!!"
