i have 3 chilldren they nove had any contact with their father for over 1 yr. This was his choice.

The age they can refuse visitation varies from location to location. Judging by your flood of questions on this topic, it seems that the father is trying to establish visitation now.

There might be dozens of reasons why he has not contacted them in the past year; including working overseas, illness, and the possiblity that you took measures to prevent contact. Surely, him wanting to be part of their lives is
a good thing.

If the father and you have not formally divorced, he can visit them at anytime-he is their father. You should get the unoin disolved as quickly as possible.
