Transportation is the responsibility of the one who is supposed to get the children. You cannot be forced to transport your children to your husband.

When i got a divorce, all that was in the papers, so check to see if it is there, mine comes in handy, becuase my ex lives over 100miles away, and with the way gass prices are we share the expense, but check your papers and see what is says. its only 20k, whats the big deal anyways.

If its not in your papers, you can spend alot more money, and take him back to court and have that added in.

you decide!!

Stop being so childish. Work it out! You drive them over, he drives them back!
May your children learn their behavior from someone other than such childish parents who squabble over nonsense!
