YES they can!
when the vagina is penatrated willingly there is elasteration and somtimes brouseing (for beginers) at 7 and 5 (entering the vagina) and when there is brouseing between 10 and 2 which is found only possible with forced entrie that means it was rape and not concentual see during rape the victum(woman in this case) tightens her musucles in the and along the vaginal wall and the that makes it harder to countinue with the intercourse being pursued and that is how the brouses apear at 10 and 2 instead of 5 and 7

They cant really!
The process is that the police take every accusation seriousley and investigate all aligations. They will question the gf then investigate the bf. Contrast each story and gather relevant information. i.e. witnesses, bruises or markings of physical force, to help substantiate each story and also or to discredit the other
A hearing will be set and the evidence presented to a court where a JUDGE will make the decision of guilty or not
Note: A lawyer can request further evidence (lie detector test, foresic testing) or to move to a higher court but this is most costly
(These cases are not unusual and the case will be forwarded to the Police Rape Crisis Team which will more than likely pick up on any discrepancies)

Good question. If she agreed, there should be no tears are bruising in that area. They can tell, and will get to the truth. I am sure many guys have been charged and put in jail for having sex with a girlfriend, she gets jealous or mad or scared the parents will find out and yell rape. That is why you guys, you need to be careful. Getting raped is a bad thing, but being accused of raping a girl , when sex was agreed, then yelling rape, that is a bad thing too.

Generally, there isn't any way to know for certain. That said, signs of bruising or injury suggest force was used, while absence of same suggests (but does not prove) consent. Other than that, there is little physical evidence to rely on, which makes these cases difficult to prosecute *or* defend.

If she was raped she should have bruises, maybe even small cuts where she has tried to fight off her rapist, and even bits of skin from her attacker under her fingernails where she would have scratched him to get away.
