I was wondering if anyone has grown in height after 21 years old and if so by how much?

i was 6'2 last year
checked this year and i'm 6'3

around 5% of men grow over the age of 21 but usually only another 2-3 cm maximum

My dad kept getting taller 'til he was 24. I'm about to turn 21 so here's hoping.

very minimal about 25mm but if jump everyday or playing basket ball u could go higher somemore.of course u've to eat high protein food.
