I would go through a well-respected school's online program. For example, I wanted to do an online program with Georgetwon University until I found out how expensive the classes are. Many, many reputable schools offer online degrees now. Go with a name you trust.

The Best University to do M Ed is Annamalai university. The only thing is you have to do your teaching practise in some reputed instution.
